So Old!

Kadster the Great premiering his first suit. We got it to match Tanner and the cousins for Auntie Heather Ann's wedding.  He was so happy and kept saying, "me church suit!"

Kaden has learned very well what unconditional love is all about.  He asks for Tanner first thing in the morning.  His heart breaks if Tanner's already gone.

This little face shines like the top of the Chrysler building.  He has the hugest adult type spirit squished into his sweet little body.

He wants to be just like his Daddy.  He tells me nearly every time I dress him that it's Daddy's pant, Daddy's shirt, even Daddy's tie and Daddy's socks.

He has tons of plastic tools but, nothing compares to the real deal.  He's no fool.

Do you see the way he's looking at his sis? He admires her so much.  He looks at her just like this several times a day.  After which he hugs and kisses her and says "love you!"  Brookie's our little mother hen.

I just had to document this. Kaden is around Sissy's princess dress up everyday.  Brookie watched "Princess and the Frog twice recently and Kaden was really into it.  He loves the frogs and gators.  So he brought this dress and cape to me, and begged.. "I princess and the frog Mommy?" He will be getting boy costumes for Christmas!

Dad's 1st 10K on Thanksgiving Day

I'm grateful for MY amazing Man, Hubby, Hunny, my other half, my crutch...
I'm so lucky to be sealed to him for all eternity!!
xoxo

Once upon a time my hunny, aka Dad decided he was going to start running.  Not run around the block, but train for a half marathon.

He ran his first 10K (6.3 miles) Thanksgiving morning in Huntington Beach.
As you can see the whole family is thrilled for Daddy.  I'm so proud of him, his progress and following through with his commitment. Also becoming heart healthy is a huge added plus!

Here's most of the Thanksgiving Clan that celebrated with us this year.
(A few cousins left before pics.)

Thankful, Thankful,Thankful!
Reading gratitude books (aka brain washing a bit), watching Thanksgiving shows, and surprising each other with acts of kindness has made an awesome memorable month for us!

I'm so blessed and honored to be the Mommy of my amazing 4 sweethearts (including Colby)!
They sure keep me on my toes and help me everyday to be more like Jesus.

They were excited to have their own kiddie table!

Me and my Mommy.
I'm thankful for all my parents sacrificed to raise me. I think I turned out ok.

Cherish

Baby Colby will be here in less than 100 days.  Knowing this, my freedoms are going to be a little restricted soon, so I'm cherishing my freedoms I have now with all my big angels.

We ate at Miguel's for lunch then we went shopping and Tanner picked out a Christmas gift to give Brookie and Kaden.  He was so sweet and wanted to buy them everything.  Then we got an ice cream at Chick-fil-a.

We used the self timer to capture the moment.  It's priceless when we can talk without "cute" distractions...when I can listen and not be interrupted ten times.  Tanner understands so much about Heavenly Fathers plan of Happiness.  He continually teaches Brookie and Kade how to walk in the light. We are so blessed to have him with us forever!

We finished off the date playing uno attack in the car while it rained.

Full of Fun!

While Tanner was off track, our days were full of fun!
We actually went to the park tons, visited friends, cousins, and our most memorable activities were...

We went to an amazing childrens museum called, "Pretend City" in Irvine.

Playing house couldn't get any better.

There was mini and pretend everything.

Building a house looks so easy.

Brookie loved planting the flowers.

Tanner couldn't stay away from the ATM machine.
Even Kaden learned how to get the money to come out.

Kaden was so fascinated with the fishing pools.

There were tons of fruit and veggies to garden with. This cool garden had cushioned rubber bark.
When we left Pretend City, exiting the parking lot the kids already asked when they get to return.

Another favorite was going to "Prehistoric Pets" in Chino.

For $3.00 we bought a cup full of worms to feed the turtles and fish.

The boys were in heaven and Brookie was happy just watching from a distance.

The kids were mesmerized by the huge lizards and snakes.
It was a great adventure and worth every worm!

We finished Tan's off-track fun with meeting Daddy for lunch at Islands Restaurant with the whole family!  Surprisingly everyone was on their best behavior.
................
We all enjoyed having Tanner with us this whole month.   We've all felt complete and happy!  Brookie and Kaden aren't going to be very content once they realize he's going back to school.

Lyn Time

It was time to pamper someone special...

It was pretty toe time.  I love spending quality time making sweet Brookie-lyn feel loved.

Listening to the IPOD, she was belting out, "The Sun Will Come Out Tomorrow."

Soaking our toes together until...

Mr. Kadster woke up and wanted to be a part of the action. Brookie pretended so well, that Kaden was content and felt included.

I always let my Lyn pick the color we should match. She said let's use orange and we'll wait to use red in December!

Jumpa-Jumpa

Kadster and I just finished our "Mommy and Me" gymnastics class (aka Jumpa-Jumpa).
Despite my prego sickness, I just couldn't pass up this toddler tradition. Thankfully the instructor helped a lot!

Kaden's ultimate favorite was imitating a monkey on the rings!

My angel loving what he calls his "jumpa-jumpa class".

Kade being an itsy bitsy spider.

Kaden was thrilled to have a his personal cheerleader in the stands the last couple classes.
It was great spending some quality time with my little guy.  He's growing up so fast and he continues to amaze the family with his new ideas and big words.
