This was our last family picture for the next 2 yrs. Elder McMullin is off to the Missionary Training Ctr. to learn Spanish.

Kaden loves Uncle Will-Woo too. Can't believe Kaden will be 3 1/2 when he returns.

from Elder McMullin in just a few weeks.

Grandma Vana

What a beauty!
Grandma Velma aka "Nana" wasn't too fond of her first given name. When she would travel and vacation several times a year she would introduce herself as "Vana". She felt it was a much more "with it" name.

My last living grandparent, Grandma Velma S. Matthews passed away unexpectedly but it was time for her to return home to Heavenly Father.
She would have been 90 yrs. old on April 6th. She lived a long, happy, adventurous life here on
earth. I'm sure my Dad, her parents and many others were thrilled to greet her.

All the great grand kids that were able to attend sang, "Families Can be Together Forever".
They sang so reverently, the spirit there was amazing!

Tanner is growing up way to fast. He comprehends so much.
At the viewing, he reminded Brookie that Grandma's spirit was already with Heavenly Father and Jesus and that it was only her body laying in the casket.

Until we meet again Grandma.

Hey Batter Batter....

Hey batter batter.... swing!

Tanner made the New York Mets Baseball Team!!!
It's his first season playing and is loving every second of practice.
He chose to wear the #18 because his b-day is on the 18th of April.
Can you believe he will be 6!

Every day Tanner admires his new gear and begs that Dad or I practice with him.

Sis is SO proud of her Big Bro. She cheers him on every time we practice.
Can you see the resemblance.

Our date with "Annie"

We started out our "Annie" date with stuffing our faces at Ruby's.

Daddy and I took Tanner and Brooklyn to see the "Annie" play.
We had a memorable time. Dad and I realized that it wasn't the best idea for us to try and get the kids to sit through a 2 1/2 hour play. On the other hand we got to alternate cuddling with the kids the whole time!

Melting Mom's Heart
